The TIKI software controls smart lockers, electronic door locks, access readers and booking workflows from a single interface. Multi-site, multi-tenant, with role-based permissions.

Via REST API and webhooks the platform integrates with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), CAFM software, HR tools and identity providers.

Assumed utilisation or real utilisation?

If you cannot measure actual usage, you plan on assumptions. An occupied compartment is not a used compartment: long-term allocations, orphaned assignments and fixed assignments make capacity look full when it is not.

The platform makes real utilisation visible per compartment, site and period. That creates the basis for capacity and investment decisions: expand, redistribute or reduce — backed by data instead of gut feeling.

The platform runs GDPR-compliant in German data centres. For regulated environments an on-premise deployment is available. Updates roll out centrally, customer data stays strictly separated.
