The TIKI software controls smart lockers, electronic door locks, access readers and booking workflows from a single interface. Multi-site, multi-tenant, with role-based permissions.

Via REST API and webhooks the platform integrates with ERP systems (e.g. SAP), CAFM software, HR tools and identity providers.

  • Locker Management: real-time occupancy, utilisation and maintenance status.
  • Asset Management: issue and return of tools, devices or PPE with full audit history.
  • Booking System: reserve resources, lockers, sports equipment or rooms online – payment optional.
  • Access Control: RFID, PIN and app-based access – also for doors, gates and elevators.

Integration and operations

The platform runs GDPR-compliant in German data centres. For regulated environments an on-premise deployment is available. Updates roll out centrally, customer data stays strictly separated.

For system integrators and OEM partners the platform is available as a white-label solution including custom domain, colour scheme and logo.
