How the process works

With click and collect you order online and pick up your item contactlessly at a defined location. After staff has stored the item, the customer receives a pickup code by email or app. At the automat or smart locker they enter the code, the compartment opens and the item is taken out.

The process runs without waiting time and without staff – around the clock, also outside opening hours.
